As a result of our firm commitment to customer service and quality, TICS has pursued accreditation to ISO 9001:2000. This was successfully recognised in 2005 when accreditation was achieved. |

Our refurbished products have to pass several extensive in house checks before being offered on sale or rent. The refurbishment process is all round - cosmetic and functional. Once the items are of an acceptable standard, they are given a Certificate of Conformity. |

Equipment can be supplied with a Calibration Certificate on request, from independent laboratories. All items come with a minimum of 3 months standard warranty, which can be extended on request, complete with manuals and accessories. |
