As a result of our firm commitment to customer service and quality, TICS has pursued accreditation to ISO 9001:2008. This was successfully recognised in 2005 when accreditation was achieved.

Our refurbished products have to pass several extensive in house checks before being offered on sale or rent. The refurbishment process is all round - cosmetic and functional. Once the items are of an acceptable standard, they are given a Certificate of Conformity.

Equipment can be supplied with a Calibration Certificate on request, from independent laboratories. All items come with a minimum of 3 months standard warranty, which can be extended on request, complete with manuals and accessories.
