Description
MW Spectrum Analyzer The harmonics mixer enables frequencies up to 20 GHz to be measured by mixing the fundamental wave from the first local oscillator with harmonic waves. The higher the order of such mixing, the greater the conversion loss, impairing sensitivity. A 4 GHz to 8 GHz tuned oscillator used as the first local oscillator in the TR4133/A/B provides lower-order mixing, assuring precise measurement of frequencies up to 20 GHz. The Advantest TR4133 / TR4133A / TR4133B spectrum analyzers have a built-in counter for frequency measurement. A marker function permits reading frequencies and levels in digital form. The TR4133A / TR4133B with a built-in preselector provides a 100 dB dynamic range in harmonics measurement (frequency band 3.5 GHz to 20 GHz.) All switches can be remote controlled by GPIB interface supplied as standard. The current setting of the spectrum analyzer’s functions are displayed on the CRT screen.
